About the Facilitator
A few years ago, private practice burnout put me in the ICU. That was my turning point. I loved the work, but the traditional model exhausted me. I knew there had to be another way to serve without sacrificing my well-being.
I realized that the core skills of Social Work- empathy, communication, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and systems thinking- are powerful far beyond traditional roles. So I shifted from a one-to-one model to a one-to-many model. I began teaching, training, and speaking, reaching thousands instead of dozens.
That shift changed everything. In 2023, I sold my house, paid off my student loans, and moved to Mexico. I built a career that gives me freedom while staying rooted in service, integrity, and ethics.
My mission is to help Social Workers expand their impact and income beyond traditional roles, financial limitations, and state boundaries. Our skills belong in boardrooms, classrooms, strategy tables, and community spaces. Together, we are redefining what it means to serve, lead, and thrive in Social Work.
